These are the Terms & Conditions for Interior Design AI: Floor Plan (the “App”), the iOS app developed by MD Shaha Jalal. The App was previously published as “AI Interior Design - Home Remodel”; it is the same app.
By downloading or using the App, these terms automatically apply to you, so please make sure you read them carefully before using it.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trade marks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you should not try to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions. The App itself, and all trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer of the App.
We are committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App, or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
Subscriptions and payment
The App is free to download. Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
What the App is for, and what it is not
This matters more here than in most apps, so we would rather be blunt than let you find out later.
Redesigns, renderings and floor plans produced by the App are visualisations. They are generated by AI from what you provide, and they are not measured surveys, architectural drawings, or structural or building-regulation advice. Dimensions derived from a LiDAR scan or from an imported drawing are approximate.
Do not rely on the App's output alone for construction, for ordering materials, or for any decision where being wrong costs money. Have measurements verified on site, and have anything structural checked by a qualified professional. We accept no liability for loss arising from relying on the App's output without that verification.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload images you own or have permission to use, and do not upload images of people without their consent.
- Do not use the App to create misleading representations of a property. If you use it for virtual staging or a property listing, disclose that the images are computer-generated wherever your market requires it.
- Do not use the App for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Connectivity and your device
Certain functions of the App require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network, but we cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you do not have Wi-Fi access or have no data allowance left.
If you are using the App outside an area with Wi-Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies. You may be charged by your provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection, or other third-party charges, including roaming charges if you use the App outside your home territory without turning off data roaming. In using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the App.
Along the same lines, we cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the App or the state of your device — for example, if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service.
Third-party information
Although we endeavour to ensure the App is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App.
Updates and availability
The App is currently available on iOS. The system requirements may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to keep using it. We do not promise that we will always update the App so that it is relevant to you, or that it will work with the iOS version installed on your device.
We may also wish to stop providing the App, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination the rights and licences granted to you in these terms will end, you must stop using the App, and, if needed, delete it from your device.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update this page and change the “Last updated” date.
